It will physically fit but I'm 99.9% sure it will only work on film bodies.
Sigma reverse engineers the Canon AF system and this means older lenses need re-chipping to make them work with newer cameras. The 400 prime is SO old though that Sigma cannot (AFAIK) re-chip it.
Steer clear.

It would work as a manual lens stuck wide open at f5.6 I guess, but probably this is not ideal.
