Sigma APO EF 300mm 2.8mm Canon mount info

Anyone ever used this lens,its the older version from the good old days of film Cant find any information on it.

Should be picking it up later this week and just wanted to know if it will auto focus on my 5dMK2/6D ?

I'm not 100% sure on this but I think it should AF, but may only work at f2.8 (if its the model I'm thinking of)

Yep, that was the one I had in mind

It should AF fine but you will not get aperture control so will have to shot in AV/M and keep it an f2.8 the whole time.
