I've seen this (SIGMA AUTO FOCUS ASPHERICAL LENS 24 -70MM 1:3.5-5.6) on ebay for £30.99 delivered - apparently excellent condition but what are these lenses like - are they any good and do they have any draw-backs I should be wary of?

Any advice would be very helpful.

It's cheap. It's not as good as a less cheap lens. But it might be decent value for money.
