Tbh, if it's the same price as the Hoya equivalent, I'd get that. If it's hella more expensive, I wouldn't bother. I could go into what makes a good filter, but tbh, a Hoya Pro 1 jobbie will be good to the tune of unnoticeably different from the rest.

I have some sigma EX and think they are fine and excellent quality, genuinely. They have thin rims, look every bit as good as the Nikon and Hoya Pro's that I also have. What size are you after as have a couple of new unused?

if its any help, bought a Hoya 72mm Pro I CPL from Amazon.........

Quite a saving on the RRP.
