Sigma lens hood

I've just picked up a used Sigma 28-70 (77mm filter), however it wasn't sold with its petal lens hood. Is there anywhere that sells genuine Sigma hoods or am I likely to have to buy a universal one??

just FYI

i bought one on ebay, the same size from Japan.
However the import charges amassed to nearly £15 because royal mail slap a fixed handling fee on the parcel. Totally not worth doing.

Wex seem to sell Sigma lens hoods, I don't know about that exact one but maybe you could check...

Out of interest I Googled Sigma 28-70mm but I don't know the aperture range so I'm not sure if I was looking at the right lens. If you have a little booklet for the lens maybe the part number for the hood is in it otherwise maybe you could give Wex or some other Sigma a dealer a ring... I bet they'll have it listed in a catalog.

I was looking for a cap for a 300-800mm, went to Sigma UK's website and they list caps and hoods for each model with part number. So long as it's not a discontinued model it should show
