Yes
Looking at buying a second hand Sigma 70-200 APO lens. The info in the advert is quite limited as to the spec of the lens, however, there is what I imagine a model number of '2003362'.

Can anyone shed any light on the specification of this lens.

Cheers

Chris

I assume you mean this lens Sigma 70-200mm f2.8 APO EX DG Macro HSM II details in link, looks like there's 2 versions, one with image stablization, one without.

Verdict http://www.photozone.de/canon-eos/3...ex-apo-hsm-dg-lab-test-report--review?start=1

The Sigma AF 70-200mm f/2.8 EX APO HSM DG proved to be a worthy although not stellar representative of its league with quite high performance figures in most categories. At 70mm and 135mm easily matched and even excelled the Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 USM L whereas it was somewhat worse at 200mm except at medium aperture settings. Both distortions as well as vignetting are nothing to worry about. The build quality is very impressive. The lens has been discontinued in the meanwhile.

Best bet is just to fire a quick email to sigma themselves, they should be able to tell you the spec/age and any warranty left on it.

Hi Chris, I think you'll find that 2003362 is the lens serial number.
