For those that are interested, I recently emailed Sigma about having their lenses calibrated with bodies and thought I'd share their response.
They state that calibrating lenses to bodies will be free of charge under the warranty period (3 years) but only for the initial purchasee. If you've bought a 2nd hand lens and wish for it to be calibrated, it'll cost £37.99 including VAT and return courier.
