In short therefore, I would change:
1) blurry object around base of cock is distracting (I guess it's an OOF tree?)
2) I don't think framing works - try cropping tighter to right of cock.

The blurry object is indeed a tree - I couldn't get another angle on it sadly and the tree was a lot closer than the weathervane.
