hi iam interested in trying out my new eos 50d taking some silhouette shots early morning of farm buildings and churches can you give me a few starters i have canon lens efs18-55 and ef 75-300 /sigma lens 55-200mm and 170-500mm any help would be greatly received i know its a big ask but iam also into bird shots with the same gear.( best starting off settings please) thanks

Spot meter the sky,and take the shot.
