Silly 120 film camera question

Yes
I've borrowed a 120 C330 Mamiya for a college project. Unfortunately I didn't get chance to ask any questions, and although I've figured most of it out and loaded a film I'm not sure what to do when I come to the end of the exposures - do I keep winding on, then open the back of the camera ? Is there some sort of backing paper arrangement on the end of the film ? I'm sure it sounds daft to those of you who are used to these cameras but I have no experience on 120 film, and don't want to ruin my photographs through a lack of knowledge !

Thanks in advance

Yeah, just keep winding and then open the door. The film rolls up onto the takeup spool and then you use the spool your film started on as the new takeup spool. Do remember to keep the film rolled up tight and seal it with the little adhesive tab (which you may or may not have to lick like a postage stamp)

Don't know if you can still get it but that camera also takes 220 film - 24 exposures per roll. There is backing paper fron and back - whereas on 120 the backing papaer is all the way through.
