Hi there,

Well not posted my pics here in ages and a recent change of job might at last give me a little bit more free time to attend a few more events.

Here are a selection of my shots from Friday at the 2012 Silverstone Classic.

The weather was mixed all day, with the light changing constantly and a great big rain storm in the middle of the day.

1) Morgans being put through their paces on the Stowe Circuit

2) Very nice Aston Martin DB2

3) Ferrari 250 SWB kicking up some dirt

4) Nissan Primera from the Touring car race

5) This guy had the rear end of the Escort hanging out all the way round the loop

6) No modern traction control aids for this little Lotus

Love the Morgan shot Tim, you can tell the enjoyment by their faces. Like the Nissan shot too. I work just down the road and when that shower hit I was thinking of you guys, boy did the heaven open.

I shall pop up on Sunday, no rain hopefully :)

Hi Tim,

Really like the Morgan shot - great to see the expression on the faces. What focal length lens were you using?

I'm going down to Silverstone tomorrow - any advice on a good spot to photograph from?

Lotus shot is brilliant.

I was in same race in yellow Elite No 77 .... possibly even more alarming angles ...did you catch me by any chance?
