Simplest way to transfer from a Video Cam to a Time Capsule

I am trying to transfer several videos from a Sony handycam to a Time Capsule (haven't enough free space on my Mac) and am wondering the simplest and quickest way to do it.

It's taken me God knows how long to get the right lead for the Sony Handycam, so I am now impatient to get it sorted

I'm wondering if there's a faster way than through iPhoto

Any ideas gratefully received
