I've never lost money from a dodgy supplier yet. Consumer credit act 1974 (S75), The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, Sales of Goods Act (S14) and too much time on my hand are all bad for suppliers.
I thought they were dodgy reading their T&Cs which misrepresent 2 of the above protection.
If all else fails, waking in the middle of the night and finding me sitting quietly in the owners bedroom focuses their attention![]()
There's not going to be any value in this thread, is there? If you read up, you'll find a fair bit of evidence that suggests it might be a bad idea. On the other hand, you might save some money. I.e. risk/reward. Your choice on how much risk you want to take...
