Good Morning TP,

spent the last few days working on my site, a mate has spent around 10 hours re designing it

i am still working on the blog and there are a few things to finish (the contact form, the gallery needs moving, all pictures to be re processed with new borders and copyright)

still a fair bit to do but whats your opinions so far?

Hi, I have just had a quick visit. I would be inclined to make the pictures on your front page smaller so they load faster rather than just resizing them to fit the space (ie they are 640px × 428px (scaled to 298px × 198px) - if you made them 298 x 198 it would speed things up.

You offer photo shoots but do not give any indication as to where you are or the area you cover, I would imagine from your photos it is "up north" somewhere but that would not help if I was looking for a photographer :-)

ah i hadn't even thught of that, i will add some information in the contacts pages

all images still arent "live" on my server, using a mates at the mo, i will re size them though and send them onto him to make them load quicker

there still are a few things to iron out.

just working and adding bits to the blog at the minute, need to arrange a logo, change background plus a couple of other little bits to remove

its still abit of a work in prorgess at the minute, should be done by the weekend i hope

I had a quick look at the site and it worked well with one exception. On the Blog page, the Home link at the top seemed to do nothing while the Home link at the bottom, took me back to the Home page. If the Home link on the Blog page is meant to take the user to the first page of the blogs then I suggest a change of name to reduce the confusion.

its working fine on a Mac now.

Lads at work have checked it for me and all appears to run smoothly
 
More Updates done, Contacts page done, location added, more things added to blog, i still need to look at the links on the blog later but its very close now, really happy with it
 
I've just had a look round your site and one thing struck me about your gallery page-it wasn't clear to me until I accidentally clicked on a picture,that there are more piccies to be seen behind each image.The site looks good and the pictures loaded quickly.And importantly imho, I can't find any apparent spelling errors:thumbs:

just re working through all of the albums with new borders and new copyright info atm, its getting there
