Sites not processing - anyone else?

[gramps]

Having issues with several sites just not processing e.g.

• Royal Mail Tracking - enter number but freezes.
• Paypal - start processing but just hangs, never completing.

I know Google servers have an issue at present and I recently updated to macOs 27.0.1
Anyone else having issues?

Royal mail tracking is goosed. It has been since Friday. It is hopeless.

Not had an issue with Paypal as I used that earlier.

Thanks, are you Windows, Mac or something else?

Mac and iOS. Broken on both!

Paypal seems to be a browser issue.
My first choice is Brave and it fails, however trying on Safari it works - just need to remember now that it only works with Safari!

Paypal seems ok with firefox. That is my usual browser on a Mac.

Paypal is fine here in Safari/MacOS27

PayPal OK this morning, but Barclaycard App just 'hanging'.

There are ongoing intermittent issues with anything which goes through a Google server farm. Which covers an awful lot! But FWIW Royal Mail tracking has been iffy for months.

Also be aware a lot of certs are being revoked at the moment - Major Breach - so that may be having an impact

and now there's a massive issue with PHP being hacked causing websites to be taken down until it's fixed, seems mainly in European countries but Internet is becoming a nightmare!

[lindsay]

The php issue I've just read about. A bit of a worry I must say.
