Skate Park Kids...

This is a shot that I did in a local park on Saturday Evening. It was for Grandma's 60th birthday that they'd arranged the shoot for a big family shot - but couldnt help getting a big shot of the grandkids too!!
So here they are - something a little bit different!!! And its a duo-toned image rather than BW....CC is welcome.

I like the photo but not the graffiti at the bottom. Just doesn't seem to fit. Square crop maybe?

I wanted to keep the photograph in with the situation that they were in - hence they're stood on top of a skate park ramp - hence the grafitti - its infitting with the scene, and the relatives would know and understand that.

This is one I took stood looking "up" at them...

I like both of these Adele, the expressions and smiles seem totally unforced and natural! Which, for me, is 75% of the success of these shots!

I see what you're saying about the grafitti and if it works for them - it works!

Were they pleased with the end results?

Both are brilliantly natural. They are a bit OOF in the first but I like the skate ramp. If it was me id probably crop half of it off but each to their own.

This not OOF on the origional from what I can tell - its probably just a mixture of processing, sharpening and JPEG artifacts that make it look that way unfortunately.
