Just found this one I took on a recent trip to Blackpool Zoo and am amazed how well it turned out (especially as it was behind glass). I was using my old manual tamron sp90 which doesnt meter so I will have to guess at the settings....

Pretty sure it was f5.6, 1/160 at ISO800 (if i remember correctly i had the x2 tc on as well so had to use a high iso to get the shot!)!!!!

I think it was a skink anyway....I really should make a note of these things
 
I like that. Although everything does appear to have a slight greenish tint

If i remember correctly, the lighting in its tank was nothing but green :thinking:

Already had to faff around with the levels, will have another go later and see if i can lighten the shadows a touch
