Sky to laptop

Hi

If I bought a, USB 2.0 Video TV VHS DVD Capture Adapter and put a scart socket on the leads, would I be able to then plug the sky box and view on laptop. :shrug:

Thanks, I take it that's over the net, I was trying to use laptop for caravan use.
Flat screen TV went a **** so was just trying to use items already have, instead of buying another screen.
