Slavonian Grebe and Coot (pic's added)

Something i never thought i would hear me say, but a coot shot, that i actually like, although i am a bit concerned about the percieved slope, right to left, not sure if its an optical illusion or really does slope, have played about with it and it just doesnt look 100% right whatever i do lol

Nice pair Ian, the slope in the first, I think it's because the coot is swimming on the diagonal in the shot, so looks right to me, if you know what I mean

Both look fine to me. If you hadnt pointed out the slope i would have never noticed. The Grebe is certainly letting you guys get some decent shots of it.Where are you guys getting these shots anyway?

They have seriously odd feet !

Thats not his cold foot, its a rear propeller which he uses just like a motor boat.

Nice work mate.

As you say, there is something odd about the angle in the first. One time you look at it it looks wrong, then you go back to it and it looks ok!

Good capture of the grebe too.
