SLIK sprint pro II Tripod and SLIK quick release shoes

I am about to purchase the Slik Sprint Pro II GM Tripod.
I think it has the Slik DQ-10 quick release plate/foot on top?
Can i fit the Slik DQ-20 quick release foot into DQ-10 plate?

Sometimes my setup will be (from top base )

1. Camera
2. DQ-20 Quick Release Foot
3. DQ-10 Quick Release Plate
4. Ball Head
5. Slik Sprint Pro II GM Tripod

Sometimes my setup will be (from top base)

1. Camera
2. DQ-20 Quick Release Foot
3. DQ-20 Quick Release Plate
4. Panoramic Head (Panosaurus II)
5. Slik Sprint Pro II GM Tripod

So I want to put a single quick release shoe on the camera and leave it there. Can I use the DQ-20 for this?
