Slingshot 202 OR fastpack 200?

I have both, the slingshot has a little more space (wider - top to bottom of camera section) in the bottom section but is tight for extras in the top section. It does however have a really good swing it round the front access system so you can get at your camera without fear of it dropping out.
The fastpack is much roomier up top and can still take a 50d(gripped) with a 28-135 attached, a Canon 17-55 f2.8, a Sigma 10-20 f3.5, Canon 55-250 and a 430exII flash. in the bottom section.
If its just for day to day camera transport and use then get the slingshot.
If you are doing a lot of trekking and you need room for a waterproof, compact camera, drinking bottle, sandwiches etc then get the Fastpack.

Id agree with this, ive got a slingshot and my fathers got a fastpack. The sling shot is great for quick access to the camera but i would prefer the two straps of a fast pack if i was going to be doing a lot of walking with it as the slingshot can only go across you shoulder one way.

I have the 202AW slingshot and find it great for easy access and have my 450D with a 70-300 zoom in the main pocket two other lenses a gorillapod a 430EX flash and loads of other stuff in pockets it has tripod straps on one side and a rain cover that I haven't tried yet. Best price I found was on Amazon. All together a great bit of kit.

Not that this will persuade you either way but the smaller Slingshot 102AW fits inside my general 35L rucksack for walking.
If I am going to walk far I can slip the 102AW in either my 35L or 70L rucksack and also carry the usual hiking gear. If am I just going a short distance, I'll just use the slingshot and carry the tripod on my shoulder.
