Just want to pass my thanks to all people that gave me info/tips re tarantulas and shooting with them. The guy that brought them here also came with a few other treats.
What I found out:
Tatantulas are great to shoot. Stick them on, wait for them to settle and they wont move ...... or will just slow crawl.
Pythons and boa's make great shots but seem to like investigating the warm dark areas of a model
what a treat 
The worst creatures was the scorpians. Run around, fall off, fight and a bit of a nightmare. Tried a shoot with three of them arounds a belly button ..... gave up and just might ps them on
The biggest and best thing was my 16yo daughter walking around wearing a python like a scarf. This from a girl scared of her own shadow.
So, for those of you thinking about such madness, I would say go for it. Just make certain you are aware of the ups and downs, have a proper handler there and a lot of time
