slow focus (is it the cold)

its still snowing here

anyway was out yesterday taking shots but i noticesed the longer i was out the slower my camaera got to focus is this normal and it also did it last night when i went out i thinks its the cold is this normal ?:shrug:

it could be that the batterys are struggeling with the cold, but my bet would be that the light was fading and cameras take longer to af when the light isnt good

cold battery as suggested...etc
the camera could have been trying to focus on many things at once

If you are trying to focus on a patch of snow there might be a lack of features for it to focus on.
