Small travel tripod recommendations

Something that can hold up to a Canon 7D and 100mm

Small to fit on a slingshot camera bag

Center column can be removed so I can go as low to the ground as possible. (Or one that doesn't have a center column).

Like so,

I'm not that bothered about a head really. I have a Manfrotto 494RC2 Ball Head I can use.

What I'm looking for is something well made and can go to ground level to waist level

I have around £100 to play with.

I have this one, perfect for fitting in most of my camera bags or the side net of a rucksack. It is beautifully made and feels really solid, with smooth movements.
Has a max holding weight of 4kg, which I think should be okay for your needs?
