smallest camera with video reccomendations

you know after all this we are going to need to see videos ;)
 
I did this with a gimble and panasonic dmc-lx7 pocket camera which was a lot of faffing about and settign up.. thinking i can do better with just gopro

4K gives you options like software zoom and pan within frame, as well as highest bitrate which you can retain in export even at lower resolution and slightly better screengrabs.
If your computer can work with it why not, at least in expansive mainly static scenes with a lot of details to look at.
2.7K is a sensible compromise, and on smaller screens you'd struggle to see much difference.
4K can be just a bit too over-sharp and digital looking especially if not viewed on a largish 4K screen
