Hi MIck, you have some promising shots there, but in all of them the bird itself is a bit underexposed creating a rather dark main subject. With the robin and the blue tit you have caught some nice poses but just need some major brighting up to make the subject pop a bit.
have added a (very quick) edit of the blue tit as anexample of what a wee bit of processing can bring out, ye can prolly do a lot more with your original files.
if you'd rather I remove the edit just yell and it's gone.
Try a little exposure compensation next time +⅓ +⅔ the metering is exposing for the brightness of the snow, will also save having to PP if you shoot jpg.
Well done on getting out and about in this weather i think Gonetae and nelg have covered the main points i feel the composition is good but i think they all could stand a touch of sharpening after the exposure is tweaked
