Bee on window, it's infront of glass,needs to be cropped and the shot is too soft.

I love the bee shot and don't think it needs cropping at all. As for being soft, it's impossible to tell the real file quality from smal web images but it looks like it would sharpen up a treat.

I like the first shot, it not often you can get an underside shot, as dazzajl said it should take a bit of sharpening and would look better for it.
