I've only ordered twice (Boots use Snapfish for their bootsphoto online service) comes on Kodak photo paper, seems decent to me.
I have had a delivery where the postman bent the paper even though it was well packaged and had a label on there saying "do not bend", so that was the postie's fault not snapfish, told snapfish anyway (as boots support redirect you there)and I had a free copy sent, told to destroy the old (it only had a small crease so i kept it
I use both Snapfish anf Photobox, but only for family holiday type prints, quality has been fine and service/price is excellent, but I wouldnt use them for client images.
