I set out this morning in sunshine. Couple of miles up the road, and it was a blizzard :eek:
Not the best conditions for taking pictures, and this proves it :LOL:
But I think it's a Snipe, first one I have ever seen, if I'm correct. If anyone can ID this for me, I'd be greatfull. Thanks.

Snipe or Woodcock, but I think a Snipe.
 
Thanks guys. Very nearly missed it; was only when he sat up, I noticed it.
 
Where abouts did you find him? I'm off out to take some photos in a bit, but not sure where yet! lol
