Snowdon

Went up Snowdon on Sunday in the hope to get some good shots.

We had a downpour of snow.

The summit was completely frozen over.

Very nice. I might be heading to the snowdon area in a few weeks. Any thoughts on good locations near the Mach Loop and Dolgellau?

I found this website very handy for just that kinda thing.

It lists all viewing areas for the mach loop area and links to the maps I found it really handy to plan my trip to the loop.

Thanks. I've been to Cad East before and know the locations reasonably. I was also interested in any goo places nearby for landscape shots. Do you happen to know where the walk entrance is to Cadair Idris from around there?
