Snowman Rally 2015

The first rally in the Scottish Championships took place up in the surrounding forrests of Inverness-shire and Ross-shire. Went to the last stage at the back of Contin (a popular spot I've been to many times) but after delays in stage 1 due to large number of spectators and an upside down Lancer on the stage, it was late in starting by about an hour and a half. Thus meant that light levels were a pain and after being there for nearly 2 hours before the first car came by......my fingers did not feel anything.

Anyway, comments and critique appreciated.

1. Ian Cattanach & Lisa Watson - Talbot Sunbeam

Many thanks. Normally only get to the Snowman but now I have my weekends back planning a few more, most likely the Granite and Speyside rallies with a hopeful look towards the McRae Stages.

Great set. The old Fords certainly sounded the best out the lot (y)

Thank you, the Fords most certainly do :) although I still love a good old Metro 6R4

Thanks, got a decent spot on the inside of a corner up a bank slighlty and thankfully nobody stood in front of me for once. The Talbot wouldn't be happy any other way either...

Hi, Having recently done a Google search, this thread popped up... This may be a long shot but..... Is KKH268P still owned / rallied by Roy Mcqueen? I originally built / owned / rallied this Escort in 1987 to 1991 ! I'd be interested to know if it's still about..... Cheers.
