generally if youve overwritten the space 9 times out of 10 it'll be lost.

however you have nothing to lose by trying a recovery program.

I was supprised at how many photos I recovered using my sandisk recovery CD. I had deleted them. But I had downloaded them first. I just wanted to see how good the recovery disc was.

There are lots of free apps you can d/l that work with varying success. Just Google app to recover deleted images
