So what are your other hobbies?

Meteorology and cartoon drawing, as if a lot of you don't already know about that. :D :D :D

Flying and crashing and fixing rc helicopters. the most frustrating thing i have ever done, fun when it goes right though

I also love Carping, but I haven't been for a while, been far too busy :(

Used to be Clay Target Shooting, got quite good at it if I do say so myself. Was county champion and made the England Team in the 80's. Getting a bit old for it now though. Here's a piccie of me at RAF Croughton (US Airbase at that time)in the late 70's "dusting" a target. I do go every now and then to a local farm to keep my eye in so to speak.

Oops double post1

I keep looking at those in the local model shop and talking myself out of it
I used to fly model aeroplanes and i would suggest that if you do want to have a go at RC Helecopters that you either fly fixed wing 1st or get a r/c flight simulator. My old boss bought a hele, practiced on the sim and flew straight away. Ok it's not the way to do it and he did crash a few times but the Sim makes you learn what stick does what and you can fly the fixed wing planes too and you may prefer them.

I tinker with cars, curse computers, play eve online and I am taking up mountain biking again.

Fly fishing, bird and nature watching, country walking.

Thanks for that; helicopters sounded to me like they'd be easier than fixed wing to fly!

Horse riding, writing, painting, sculpture and looking after a very naughty eighteen year old who is determined to send me to an early grave!

Motoring; modding the cars; buying stuff online to mod the cars with; cycling (actually I just have three bikes in the cellar - need to dust them off, i suppose); cinema; reading; drinking malt whisky...

Skateboarding (longboards, raceboards not silly little stunt boards!), snowboarding. Anything to do with music. But mainly photography these days, I don't seem to do anything else, which is fine. I still love it and I'm still not bored of it.

My pets - 1 x dog, 2 x frogs and 1 x royal python

I read lots and lots of books - mainly fiction

Football (Bradford City season ticket holder, 5-0 win over aldershot yesterday! We were in the premiership a few years ago you know...!!) & Woodturning (yes woodturning lol)
