Hi,
how do most tell if the new lens they have purchased is a soft copy if nothing to compare to? I often here of people sending back lenses to exchange for another, but how can you accurately tell if you cannot compare to the same lens?
If I purchased a 16-35 F4, a friend of mine has the same lens and could do a few test shots to make a comparison, but where this can't be done is it just the case that experience prevails?
Ben.
