What can you do if you have no software. Bought a sh d90 (brilliant camera, been out and about already), with no software!!

You don't strictly need the original Nikon software....just put the SD card into a card reader and open/save the images...or plug in via the USB lead.

If you want a firmware update just go on the Nikon website and download from there and follow instrustions on how to do it.

As above, just put the SD card in to download the pics.
If you want to edit them download View NX2 - free download from Nikon which will read all the data on raw files should you shoot raw and allows you to carry out all the basic editing on raw & JPEG.

yes it is, depending on what version you have and what camera, I am guessing d90. some earlier versions of photoshop will not support later camera raw files.
