Software for arranging images onto paper

I need some software so it an automatically arrange photos onto say an A3+ sheet of paper which i can then cut out a load of smaller photos out of, does anyone know of such software?

i dont know, i want it to be arranged so it dont waste any space. I want the photos to be different ones not the same

I know you could do this with xp

i think its under print preview , not 100% sure though

I use a program called Qimage for my printing needs.
this has that option, ie you select your paper size, then select your prints, it lines them up on the paper either optimal or optimal spaced ( space round each print ) you can also have each print a different size.

Lightroom and Photoshop both do this.

Google about it. Picture package.

You can do this in Windows when you go to Print, you can select whether you want to print A4, A5, 3 images to a page, small thumbnails etc.

You can also use the CONTACT SHEET function in Photoshop.

thanks for all the help, i had a look at photoshop and the picture package but was a pain to sort out. I think i will be able to sort something though

Paint shop pro has a print layout where you can just drag, drop and resize pictures onto a page very easily.

Picassa has a cheap and cheerful way of doing this.
