Like these. Did you cable car it up to the 3842 and work from there?

Aye. All but the last were taken from Refuge Flegere (which I cable car'd up but walked down) which I stayed in. I walked to Lac des Cheserys also from there but no B&Ws of that.

The last was a cable car job up and down. I got a slight altitude sickness but being up the remains one of the high points of my 34yrs on this earth.

I'm not an ice axe and crampons kind of guy so alas couldn't get to the refuge and get the best light here. For those that can, the rewards must be incredible.

That was timed not for that but to hide the wiring and cable car stations that go up to Aiguille du Midi.
