You are right and the cuckoo bee shown (possibly Marshams nomad bee) is a cleptoparasite on the miner bee (possibly Andrena Carantonica) and I saw one of the Cuckoo bees go down the same holes shown in the solitary bee shots

1st one is the best of the bunch of for me. I do like Bees and wasps, so different.

I did intend to try in camera stacking with the Olympus E-M1 and Olympus 60mm but I forgot the quick release plate for the tripod but I reckon the wind would have been an issue.
