All fairly easy, so long as your careful.

The railway tunnels are, but you can still get in, the rosebush one is open but the entrance is quite well hidden and the mine has too many different entrances to close off.

Are these tunnels local to Pembs?

Rosebush is up by the Preselis, the closest one then is Pencader which is just north of Carmarthen.
