So one of my hobbies when I'm not shooting with my camera is clay pigeon shooting and last week I was out with a friend with our cameras and decided the weather was so nice it would be silly not to take advantage and go for a shoot, I rarely take my camera shooting with me as I don't want to be lugging a camera around as well as everything else but decided to this time and see if I can get a shot I've been wanting to try for a long time!

Shot on the clay

Managed to freeze the shot as it passed through the clay! The strange effect on the trees/bokeh is the heat of the combustion gases, creates an interesting effect!

Well, that is spot on. Great to see the shot splitting the clay like that. I haven't picked up a gun in two years, work & family have taken over. Always used to get nice landscape shots though after the shoot. Thanks for sharing.
