Workshop Something for February?

I've got a week off work the 2nd week of February and looking for something to do (something that I don't normally do).

Therefore an anyone suggest a good Wildlife workshop for that period? I live in Pembrokeshire, obviously willing to travel but a lot of the workshops I've seen are in Scotland and thats a bit to far to drive this time of year.

Failing that a good Studio workshop Fashion or maybe even something in fine art.
 
Possibly obvious and as a day out as opposed to a week's workshop, have you been to Slimbridge? Winter is a good time of year for water birds and one or two forum members are regulars there.

I haven't been there but there is a WWT Llanelli which is close to me and I didn't like it. Far too many kids and just didn't really like the setup.
