40 odd views and no comments, so I'll have a go (and I am by no means qualified).

It may be nicer in Mono, although you would lose the blue eyes, which stand out.

The fuzz on the top lip is a little distracting.

It is nice and sharp, but there is something about the balance of the photo, maybe not so close a crop?

Unfortunately the eyes are not in focus but rather the eyebrows. Agree that it would look better in mono, could always use selective colouring on the eyes.

Unfortunetly soft eyes sharp nose sindrome. It would look nice if the eyes were sharp with a bit of USM applyed in PP. It would also look not to bad in black and white with a red filter applyed to bring out the skin tones
