Sony 16-50 PZ owners..

Nope, I've brought mine to Florida with me on my A6000 as a walkabout zoom and its delivering good results. Focus tracking is excellent and sharpness is also good even in lower light.

It will do the job, good center sharpness, corners are poor espcially at 16mm. Even stopped down to f8-f11 its still soft. But it is what it is, a kit lens made to be small and built to a price.

I've been very happy with my copy on the A6000.
Only issue is shooting towards the sun, no hood so have to watch out for flare.
Otherwise it's great for a zoom that's so light and compact when powered down.

Had a few on various Sonys. Great lens considering cost and size advantage.

I've just transferred this to my phone as an example. Obviously it's good light but the 16-50 delivers a good mix of small size, lightweight and wide angle.
