Yes
Wow..well I just picked up a stunning deal.
I currently have a Sony A200 but was walking round town and walked into the supermarket and walked out with a Canon 400D, brand new with kit lens, £200. Yes I kid you not..£200.
I've got to pay the £200 back so this leaves me with an interesting dilemma, do I:

a) Keep the Sony A200, sell the Canon for a profit, say £300, giving me £100 + £80 stored in my paypal account, £180 total, for a very nice Sony lens or two

b) Keep the Canon, sell off the Sony A200 for £220ish giving me £100 with the paypal money for a nifty fifty and a filter

c) sell both for the prices above, plus paypal money giving me £600, minus the £200, leaving £400 for a new camera entirely - a 450D from warehouse express is £440 with an 18-55mm IS lens, +you also get £50 cashback.
Or A Pentax K200D with 18-55mm lens is £400 also. Not sure about the Nikon D60 as its similar to the D400 or A200 right? And the Sony A350 is £345 body only - I have an extra 35-105mm minolta lens already.

Thoughts would be most welcome please :help:

Well you will have more choice of lens with any of the Canon.

What store was this at and was it a one off deal?

Cheers

i doubt your get £300 for the 400d most for £250 but that is 2nd hand , so you may be right

has just been put on ebay for 7 days, so we'll see what happens. Worse case, I'll get back what I paid for it. I'll see how much I get and then make a decision about the A200 whether I sell that and get a 450D or A350 or just keep it and get a nifty fifty.
