Sony A700 Repair?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone knows of a trusted repairer for sony dsls?


I found this site but never heard of them.

The camera is showing card full on different memory cards when they are empty, so I am assuming the problem lies within the card reader in the camera.

What you may well find is that you could buy a replacement s/h body cheaper than a fix. Or put the money saved to a newer body.

As a double check, have you tried formatting one of the cards in camera?

Thanks for the comments and links, will let my brother know as its his camera. Cards have been formatted and it does it on more than one.

Does it do the same problem with a Memory stick Pro Duo card or just the CF card (or visa versa)
