Sony A7S or A7R and which lens

I am going to sell my Canon gear off... It all getting too heavy and i not appearing to bring it out as much as i should so want to slim down and go lighter...

Was going to go for a OMD but I think the Sony is best bet...

I am torn between the A7S and A7R.. I mainly take landscape pictures and pictures of my daughter sometime running I know AF tracking are not that good but is AF for still any good?

Also I might like to have some good low light pictures I know the A7S is the king for this but how good is the A7R at this compare to the 5DMKIII does anyone know?

A7r if you need the megapixels and print MASSIVE, otherwise a7s.
