Hi,
Does the NEX-6 have a "crop factor" or is the 18-200mm lens just exactly that ?

Yes, crop factor is 1.5x the focal length. So the 18mm end with have a similar field of view to that of a 27mm lens on full frame.

Roughly the same as your 7d, which is 1.6.
