Is there one in existence? If so where can I get one and does anyone know if they’re any good?

A colleague wants to know if they can fit their old Olympus lenses to an A200 ?

I don't know if there is a direct one (try asking on dyxum.com) but I imagine that it should be possible using 2 e.g. OM>T2/M42+T2/M42>MAF.
Of course everything would be manual only.
