|Hi Guys.

Just joined the group and would like to know what people think of the Canon D40.

Currently I have a Fuji s9600 and am looking out for a SH D40.

Anyone like to comment or know someone selling one?

Unless you need the 1/500 flash sync speed I'd be inclined to go for a D40x or D60 rather than a D40 as they tend to go for the same sort of money, but are newer models.

I think he means a 40D, mate.

So his name is Dave... or Alan and he wants a Canon D40, or maybe a Nikon 40D. :lol:

Lots of people have the Canon 40D. Many prefer it over the later 50D. Solidly built, good image quality, reasonable High ISO performance.
