Southdowns : advice needed

Hi,

I have lived in Sussex for a while now and i am planning a bike/photography ride along the southdowns. I have heard great things about the southdowns and the breath taking photo opportunities there. Could any of you please advise on how to plan a day out along the southdowns. I plan to go with my pal on bicycle with our back packs. I need info on following

What are the spots we should go?
Whats the best way to get there?
Basically any tips on this would be helpful

Leith Hill and Leith Hill Tower are quite cool, it's highest point in the South East I think, and on a clear day you can see London.
